We started our design and construction journey with Dominic in 2019. Building a house entails a lot of planning and organization. Dominic provided a calendar for the project so we could see what and when he and subcontractors were scheduled to perform their work. On a few occasions when we thought the design was finished, we found something else to change. Dominic worked us through each step. He was always available to us when any question arose. We were very satisfied with his recommendations for windows, siding, and additional touches such as glass pantry doors. He understood the idea that we were planning a home for senior living. Our basement was completed in the fall of 2019 and capped for the winter. In March of 2020 framing was started. Covid19 hit and the construction industry was stopped. Dominic pursued plans through the Builders Association and local officials to protect our investment by allowing construction to continue until the house was enclosed. Building restrictions were lifted and our home was back on schedule and finished in August. We can’t say enough about the hard working Hagerty Construction crew. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and overall quality of their work. The carpenters did an outstanding job on the cabinet installation, custom stack stone fireplace, and hardwood stair case railing and banister. We are very satisfied with the outside appearance and the interior design of our home. We would most definitely recommend Hagerty Construction and Design for any individuals home construction.

Dominic was fairly booked up at this point, but after listening to my story, he decided to take on the job so that we could get the renters back into the home as soon as possible.
